Welcome welcome! Although our first blog was not our welcome, here is it now!

The love of a book is a beautiful thing. And I hope we can help everyone find their inner love of books! We will be adventuring here sharing books we love, offering reviews that are selective and screened to bring you new authors and reading material, creating a children friendly magazine that gives you ideas and inspirations, and crafting some fun things for the kids to do! Our magazine will publish every three months. It will be accessible online at first, but we will look at print copies being available as well.

Candice...I am a mom, educational background, Personal Assistant to two fabulous authors I adore, and most importantly--a book nerd. Yes yes, I said it. I never admit that. In having children, that changed-books are their world...and should very much be! I have three children who are quite the readers! They vary in levels from high school to preschool, so I tend to think I'm pretty versed in children's lit. I love creative writing, I love reading creative thoughts, ideas, books, and more, and I love to help others. Oddly enough-it works out well in working with authors! Who knew!? I'm very excited for the adventures ahead, the opportunities we are going to be presenting authors with, and the great friendships to follow! *Cheers to the adventure*

Wendy is a writer, a wife, and a mother of three wonderful children. Wendy grew up in St. Paul, MN, and has lived at different points in her life in Minnesota, Texas, Idaho, Colorado, West Virginia, and Iceland. She currently resides in Michigan (USA). Wendy is an avid reader of many different genres; she love adventures; and devotes some of her time to being active in schools, the local library, and other community projects. She earned a BA in Geography concentration Urban Planning. Wendy began writing children stories in 2005 while living in the wonderful country of Iceland. She has three books published, the fourth will be officially published very soon, and is working on a new tale or two. Wendy loves to read for pleasure, and has a wide variety of accomplishments with reading. She is profoundly excited about a new journey to explore!

 Together we both have many great connections with authors who are just incredible. However, we are looking to broaden that path, give new authors a chance, and open an area of marketing, promotions, and networking that is affordable to all. We hope to give new light to an industry unseen. So many Indie and Small Pub Press Children's Authors are wonderfully talented, their books are imagination filled, adventure packed, or just what one child needs to read. But they can go unseen if they are not in the big publishing world---our goal is to present them to you- the readers!  We will be opening soon for reviews, we will be looking for those who may want to place an ad, and we will be showcasing some of the great talents we share.
